I needed a contractor n ID i can trust as there were too many out there.
Marvin from Verse was recommended by my property agent. I saw 2 other contractors recommended by friends.
The reason why I choose Verse, Marvin listens well n so could understand my needs to make toilet elderly friendly which is important for my elderly father n myself too. We discussed what was feasible to do or not do. I was satisfied with the follow up service each time I find some flaws, he got his team to come fix it quickly. Have been living in my new flat for 6 months n many friends had visited. All were impressed by the workmanship n design n have asked for their contact.
I would recommend them to others readily.

I want to thank the incredible team at Verse Concept, who have done a fantastic remodeling of my room. From the moment I first reached out, their replies were very prompt and flexible. Even during inconvenient hours, I received quick responses and detailed answers to my concerns. When scheduling face to face meetings, they went above and beyond to adjust to my schedule and location.
Zack Toh, in particular, deserves special recognition for his dedication and attentiveness throughout the entire process. Whether it was scouting my residence on weekends to suit my timetable or answering calls late at night. His designs were very punctual, but also very creative and efficient. Finding space below a table to add an extra cupboard, or suggesting a unique C-shape configuration for my lights to accommodate both a ceiling fan and a projector screen without compromising on illumination. Moreover, he was very open and flexible with the quotations, willing to drop old designs even if it was a spur of the moment decision on my part. He even went the extra mile, finding ways for me to cut costs with no benefit on his end, and even assisted with advice for furniture and appliances that would not be sourced from this company.
The contractors they dispatched were very reliable and thorough. The craftsmanship was very fitting and meticulous. Though there was a minor hiccup with some measurements early on, I was impressed by their swift resolution of this issue. I must also commend how smoothly and simply they made the entire revocation process for my household, starting and ending within one work week.
What stuck out to me most was their transparency in all financial matters. The stated quotations were crystal clear from the outset, laying bare every cost involved with purposeful explanation. Once again, they were flexible, and openly crossed out any items I was not comfortable with with no hidden fees. Their honest pricing left me feeling secure in my decision.
I cannot recommend Verse Concept highly enough for anyone seeking to elevate their living space.

Wai Teck was assigned to us for a kitchen makeover, and we’re very happy with the results. His quotations were transparent and clear, and he responded promptly to all our queries. Throughout the entire process, he was reliable and helpful. The carpentry workmanship on the kitchen cabinets was excellent — solid and well-crafted.
It is really nice to have Shaun helping us with the home decorations. He is very professional and is very experienced and has given us a lot of advice on the design. We are really pleased with the newly renovated home!

No regrets engaging Marvin as a project manager. Turnaround was slightly less than three weeks, and he was always responsive.

Barry and Daniel have been extremely efficient and helpful! Received new unit key earlier than expected and was ending previous rental contract early, and hence was rushing to have IDs done within an impossibly short time frame.
It was really a blessing to have encountered Verse Concept team of Barry.
Discussion was very efficient and fruitful, I was able to fully convey my idea, to have them implemented on the ID, and to get professional & most useful advice meanwhile, within very short communication time that I could be allowed amongst own busy schedule. The final result was 100% execution of original idea, with extra points of all the useful insider views to make them practical.
They also looked very much into details that I didn't even notice
-design of TV cabinet with outlook matching storage wardrobe, while maximizing storage function and allowing smooth arrangement of all the cables, and with external design thoughts avoiding sharp angles;
-countless fine details of alignments, with final outcome of a harmonious clean look;
-extremely user-friendly design, as if designing their own home, giving the internal space a warm touch and true sense of home.
The coordination & communication with different teams were smooth & efficient. And the quality of jobs done was really top-notch. Ode to the teams with respect!
