Ivan Sim
Design Director
With a decade of industry expertise, Ivan guides his practice through three core principles: Concept, Atelier, and Element.
He believes that a truly successful project begins with a strong, structural concept tailored to the owner's lifestyle, habits, and aspirations. Through a highly personalized, collaborative Atelier approach, he works closely with clients to ensure every layout choice is purposeful and tailored directly to their needs. Finally, Ivan meticulously curates every Element within the space, from spatial planning to custom material selections.
Since 2016, his emphasis on practical layouts and sophisticated lighting design has ensured each completed home balances visual harmony with daily utility, delivering timeless, authentic environments that enhance everyday living.
